cried in my car on my lunch today because our drive thru hasnt slowed down the entire four hours i've been here, i'm in a ton of physical pain, i havent eaten today and watched my manager throw out the sticker for my lunch item instead of making it (she wont let us make it ourselves either), customers have been awful about the stuff we dont have and i'm just so drained. today's just absolutrly sucked and i still have 4 and a half more hours of this. fuck this place honestly

What a bitch, that is awful, no one get treated like that in my store. That is not the norm. Being stressed and busy is the norm but it's bearable if you have nice, caring partners, including the SM. Please, please report her. No one, and I mean no one should be treated this way, any where but especially by this company, right now. We are working too hard and putting up with too much for this to be acceptable. I'm so sorry for what you're going through. 🙏 Things can only get better from here.

i dont think it was on purpose, we've been insanely busy today and i think she thought i'd already gotten it cause when i said i didnt eat on my lunch cause i never got it she was genuinly surprised and confused but still sucks ass

If you never took the food then it is owed to you but clear it first, tell them you marked it out in the system but she threw the sticker away making you think you couldn’t have it

I’m in the same boat! It’s been such crap today! The customers aren’t very kind either. I am on my lunch just trying to keep myself together! I hope the rest of your shift goes by better!

I feel you today. Our mid SSV came in with an awful attitude today and was putting strain on a newer bean because they didn’t want to be on the floor. I went to urgent care today for severe neck/back pain.

Report your manager. Honestly, do fucking rules really matter at this point? It's literally an inconvenience to everybody if you're going straight by the book. I'm sorry this happened. I would have thrown hands for that shit.

i was on drive bar for 2.5 hours this morning and after that i felt so numb but my heart was beyond racing to the point that i thought something was actually wrong with my heart. and i was on an 8.5 hour today so the rest of the time i needed to do dishes and small tasks like that unless i would’ve combusted. something about today was just hell
