Me: we can top any hot drink with the cookie crumbles if you’d like!

Them: do you have any good hot drinks for kids?

Me: I can make them a hot chocolate!

Me: *trying not to lose it because a line has formed behind them and we’re literally about to close* so you want a hot chocolate?

Them: ugh fine I’ll take that

*after making their three drinks*

Them: does this have the cookie crumbles mixed in the drink?

Me: no ma’am it’s just a topping

Them: he wanted it mixed in the drink

I swear to god y’all she was *this close* to making us remake the drink but thank god she ended up just… mixing them in herself. Why the hell would I mix a topping into the drink if you didn’t ask me too, they’ll get soggy and nasty
