Covered at a Cafe only store. Got yelled at by a customer for this... I'll great guys with a friendly how's it going boss what can I get started for ya. Or Chief, always thought it was friendly but today had someone get so upset about it they canceled there order. It was some old guy and I'm like seriously what the f? He made a scene about it and angrily stormed off.. Another one was like you can start by talking lower when I was asking for there order 🙃and was being a dick about it. Also our store has a change shortage. 😕 we only have penny's so when i have to give back 20 cents back it becomes awkward .
