i’ve actually closed the store so many times without consulting anyone that it’s ridiculous. just yesterday i closed an hour ahead and just left because its bullshit. i close the cafe damn near every day at this point, even when being told not to. I wasn’t there when she did it, but the baristas that were there got absolutely no support for it all, and even though two managers and a bunch if cops/ambulance showed up, i took it upon my sick self to just close the store. we instructed the baristas to throw customer connections out the window and just hand the remaining customers their drinks so we can move on. this company can all disrespectfully go suck a dick.
