Reusable cups/personal cups (self.starbucksbaristas)

So i was under the impression that since June 22nd we were doing personal cups again, all the way around. Today after some confusion my assistant manager said its only personal cups for waters, using those new mixing cups to just transfer the water. Is this accurate? Is it a store to store thing? I just read an article from starbucks stories & news (idk if this is an official source) and it said its all personal cups and for hot drinks the cup is placed in a mug and partners only touch the mug. I was just curious about what other stores are doing. Are you accepting all personal cups?

My SM tried to tell us a similar thing about not doing it. It was really that she hadn't looked at the update, printed out the new procedure, or got the proper equipment. We are taking personal cups.

As a Tarbucks barista, it was communicated that we will still not be doing personal cups. I know things are different for corporate stores compared to licensed stores. I also completely forgot if it was through the weekly update or through our district person.
