Maybe if y’all cleaned the machine it wouldn’t come out like that. Just so you know all that pink in there is mold and I’m scared to ask what the coils look like.

It gets cleaned every week actually and 2 weeks ago we've had the filters and coils replaced!

In all seriousness everyone, I've tried to clean it so many times, scrubbed it like there's no tomorrow and the mold is just not coming off. There's been so many QASAs (it's an inspection we have twice a year here in the UK, don't know if the US has that) and they haven't lost us points for it. I just gave up trying after a point.

It seems like the “ice bridge” is set to thick - you could place a service call for it to be adjusted properly- not really a problem for the machine in this configuration.
