prooooooo tip from someone whose bar used to do that: use a steamer pitcher! you usually have to dump it twice but it's 1000x easier with a HANDLE!

Has anyone called this in? We had the same issue. First time the guy tried to clear the drain, but the second time he realized it was the position of the drain tube.

Interesting! This happens at my store, and he came and checked it out and literally told us 'yeah, they just do that sometimes' ....... Uh, no bro, not if they're working PROPERLY they don't!

Apparently the M2 machines are more likely to have this issue because the drawer tube is really close to 90 degrees across the bottom of the machine. The slightest disruption in flow is a problem because gravity can't do much to help. Older stores that originally had M1 machines add to the problem because the holes for the hoses stents always I. A good spot. The last guy who came did something that helped but I'm not completely sure what it was.
