But they aren’t paying per pump, just for the inclusion of the flavor. It’s the same $0.50 up charge if it’s 1 pump or 20. If it was something like $0.10 a pump I can see that argument working, but it’s just a flat fee.
Actually now that I’ve said per pump, I’m hoping that someone from Starbucks is reading this and changes the system. That would be so much better for corporate and for baristas because it would act as a deterrent but also be more cost effective.

Again that’s one venti cup (I’d probably just measure it in a cup and pour in) …. As a former shift I’d more likely call my manager over and make them deal with it if after my expert advice to said customer didn’t work …. So nothing else will fit in the cup …. Can’t tell you how many customers want less milk and when there’s room in the cup flip out … ratios people ratios ….
