I’ve only been a bean for 3 maybe 4 months now, and in that time we’ve switched SM 3 times. The one we’ve been stuck with for about a month now is TERRIBLE. She’s double sided on every aspect of the job, treats partners like trash and gets in their faces if we aren’t doing something the way she wants it done, and she brags about doing so later in the day to the shifts (who later relay that back to us).
I put in my two weeks a week ago, and I don’t think I can possibly finish it out. I went back today after 4 days off (how I was scheduled) and she was on my ass about every little thing.

You were courteous enough to put in your 2 weeks. If she’s being disrespectful, simply stop showing up. You don’t owe them anything else.

Very much so. Thank you. She even withheld my break that day I came back until the last 13 minutes of my shift!
