Oh my gosh I love this!! Is it pretty simple to make? My sister gave me a bunch of her aprons from when she used to work at Starbucks and I would love to make one of these if it isn’t too difficult

Thank you. It's pretty easy to make honestly. I sewed it by hand, as I didn't have a sewing machine, so the hardest thing was finding the time to actualy make it.

Sure. It's pretty simple really. I cut the front and back from two different aprons and they are have the same dimensions. Then I cut the bottom and sewed that in what will become the Inside so you have clean seams on the outside. Then I added the pocket on the front before cutting and sewing the side. The draw string in made by simply folding the top over to create a tunnel for the string to be in. And finally the straps get sewed onto the back at whatever place seems to work best. Hope this helps
