Putting in a 2 weeks notice and not burning any bridges is the best way to be re-hirable. If you can’t put your 2 weeks in than I would talk to your manager ASAP and tell them you’d like to potentially return in the future however you have some personal reasons as to why you need to leave so suddenly.

I’ll remember that. I’ll definitely have to talk to my manager before my next shift.

Give your store a two week notice, if possible.
If that isn’t possible, talk to your manager as soon as possible to see what coverage they can find for your shifts, they may be able to pull partners from other stores to cover your shifts if needed.

Thanks so much. I’ll definitely talk to my manager before my next shift.

See for me i put in a 2 weeks and I can’t mentally handle going in for my last three shifts. Not with my SM being there.. it’s too hard, but definitely give one and just try to keep the line of communication open ☺️

Ah, I see. Yeah I was definitely worried about that part but our store partners are super chill including the manager so hopefully I’ll be able to manage during the last 2 weeks.
