does the bux offer mileage for a partner who has to travel more than 25 minutes to get to their store everyday? me and my family are planning on moving houses around 30 minutes away from my current store but i really don’t want to transfer stores unless it gets too stressful on me :(((

Nope. And practically no job will offer you mileage for living further away.

To your home store, no. They only pay mileage if you work at a borrowed store that's a farther drive than your home store, and then they only pay the difference between the two drives.
