Write down every comment she makes in your notes app or something. Put the date and the time she says it. Have everyone who wants to make a complaint email your district manager about the situation, and include everything about your SM too. I would also consider calling the ethics line as well. I havent dealt with this situation specifically but I did deal with a really shitty supervisor and our SM wouldnt do anything, and so these are the steps my store followed to get something done about it
