You couldn’t pay me enough to be a shift at this company. All our shifts are miserable and quitting.

Fuck man is it that bad?
BeardiesRule112 1 points 2y ago
Sadly, yes.

Don't do it. 🤣

I personally would never be a shift at Starbucks, and damn sure not at my store.

I love my co-workers and my SM, ASM, but I'm not willing to throw my life away to be called up every other day for a shift change, having so much pressure and making sure orders are correct just for a couple extra dollars. HELL. NO.

It’s just stressful with not enough pay. Simply put. I mean don’t get me wrong, in my district we get paid well. But, I still feel like it’s a shitty job.

Thats fair, I just mainly want the exp, plus to build my resume, and seeing if I could handle a higher up position would be cool

Idk why it formatted like this but ye, might ask to get interviewed when I get back from vacay, any advice from some of the seasoned peeps on here?

Talk about supporting your baristas. Helping them grow. Talk about the stores purpose and how you can contribute.
