Getting fired after getting 7 points - would this be considered a violation of company policy when defining why I was fired? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m asking this question for my unemployment benefits. They state that you’re not allowed to collect unemployment if you’re dismissed from your job for misconduct. Does getting fired for accumulating 7 points match that description?
