It was waayyyy back in 2012 when Canada had Target for only 2 years. They were really strict in our Tarbucks.

Omg I would quit, lol. Granted a few people on that board are cross-grained people that just help out from time to time. But we are so busy all the time, I can't imagine having less than we have right now. This feels like barely enough 😭

How do you have the hours for 11 people?! I'm crying over here trying to get 7 people adequate hours and sending them off to other stores to accommodate 😭 "I swear I like you! I just don't have the hours to support you and we were forced to hire you"

Only 8 of those people are actual certified baristas, the rest are just cross trained people who help us out a lot, one of the 8 only works 2 shifts a week and is leaving soon. We are a super busy store despite being small, enough to make 2 master baristas, but we don't have a dedicated Starbucks TL (Food TL overseas us and consumables)
