tall rant. we were being rushed to close bc our shift had to leave at 6:30 on the dot. (we close at 6). had to basically do all the closing tasks starting at 4:30 bc we had no time/people to start earlier. SO. as a result i proceeded to run over my toes with a garbage can and possibly ruin the dishwasher by forgetting to rinse the ground drawer and getting goddamn coffee grounds everywhere.

can't wait to do it all again tomorrow :):

F. Dont rush yourself too much. You aren’t getting paid any extra for the anxiety and headache.

this! im a green bean so i tend to start rushing myself when i get super anxious and stressed. today i made so many frappuccino’s wrong because i just didn’t read the stickers. if i would have just slowed down a bit i would have been fine. if anybody has any tips for not rushing or going on auto-pilot please help a girl out !!

Really just the more you do it. And going on autopilot is great actually. Helps the day go by faster and you get out sooner.

Turn the dishwasher off. Pull out the filters and everything and rinse those. Pour a shit ton of water into the dishwasher. turn it on, let it drain, turn it off. Repeat from "pour a shit ton of water" until you stop seeing grounds. Reassemble.

That's the best I've been able to do with it.

You should have a vacuum for the beans. This vacuum can also be turned into a wet vac if completely empty and filter removed. Way faster! Just drain, vac, restart!
