When over ordering pays off😜🤌

We have been out for a long time, but our neighboring town’s store still has it. Along with other things we’ve been out of. We’re all wondering how this can be possible. Our customers keep being upset that they have stuff and we don’t, but how. How?!

We do. We had a few boxes in backstock before this whole ordeal started. We also have all the syrups. Just no peach, guava, or bhr

I think 8 or 10 bags of jade citrus mint will yield the same as the regular bags for a pitcher

Nope. My stores out of green tea, bhr, peach, guava, all the syrups except SF vanilla, vanilla, caramel, classic, and brown sugar. We finally got stoppers and plastic straws somehow?? It’s whatever at this point. People are mostly understanding at my store but every so often we get a complaint.

We're out of almost all of our syrups, we don't have peach juice either but we do have green tea

No, and I’ve been missing it, so I made myself an iced Jade Citrus with Lemonade today

I found a cafe in target that had it. I was craving it so bad so i paid for it. I miss the green tea 🥺

No we’ve been out for about a months & a half.

We’re out of green tea, hazelnut, toffeenut, guava, peach, raspberry, cinnamon dolce…. Yeah the list goes on. I’m sure I’m missing something lol

we were able to get some boxes from a licensed store near us but we haven’t got any actual shipments

My store is still receiving orders of it to my knowledge. But we also only brew 3 a day anyway so we wouldn’t be low on it even if we hadn’t got it in a month.

I'm in Canada every week is something new. We are out of caramel for the last 2 weeks. We have not run out of teas. Last week was Mango base. The week before was vanilla syrup and vanilla bean powder.

We just ran out a few days ago, now we're out of lemonade.

We ran out at the end of May. We’re also almost out of Peppermint and Pineapple Ginger Syrup. Our last bottle of peppermint syrup goes out today.

I just flew up to Canada and nearly cried when I was able to get a guava green tea 😂

a in the town over has green tea! i know because a few customers have made it their life goal to make sure i know. example, a couple days ago:

me: “hi! what could i get for you today?”
lady: “can i have a trenta iced green tea, no sweetener.”
me: “i’m sorry, unfortunately we’re all out of green tea and won’t be getting it in for a few months. can i offer you something else?”
lady: in a passive aggressive tone “that’s weird the store in **next town over** still has green tea. uh… i’m all set then”

like sheesh, i’m sorry they just happened to have a supply as the shortages started.
