alright so ive been a borrowed shift at a store thats 18 miles away from my home store (went from a 5 min drive to 35 mins) and ive been there since april (now mid july) and the sm told me i wouldnt be getting mileage at the start. i didnt think anything of it but now im broke from getting LESS hours at this store and filling up my gas tank multiple times a week. im still considered borrowed and was never transferred, so by policy i should have gotten mileage for every single shift worked the past 4 months right?
