We also got that at my store today. I was on dt when I heard her yelling about why the cup was mostly empty, and my supervisor was like "because you didn't want ice..??"

I honestly don't understand how they don't get that fraps are made with ice and get upset when they receive their order. At a certain point my supervisor just wanted to understand what it was they were wanting.
