“Y’all need to make sure to mix the drinks. I ordered An iced chai and there’s powder at the bottom of it. make sure to mix the drinks also every time I order a Matcha green tea latte there’s sometimes powder in the bottom of the cup and it tastes fishy.”
What!? Im not sure these customers lnkw what comes in a chai theres no powder whatsoever 😂 another one was “got a stir stick without and attitude” bruh what? 😂

I had a customer swear up and down today that they get a Trenta Nitro CB *”every day” at my store, and proceeded to walk out in a huff over it. Came back in asking to talk to a manager, and after talking to a management team member, realized they’ve been getting cold brew and not Nitro. Couldn’t just take my word for it, until dragging the manager into it.

Exactly, I try my best to explain but it has to come from a shift or manager apparently. We have someone who gets a grande nitro with extra sweet cream in a venti cup and gets upset when we don't fill it all the way.

What really bothers me is when customers order a TikTok drinks and the drink does not look like the picture that they found on TickTock or Facebook and they proceeded to complain about it and my only thought in my head is that I really want to tell them “these TickTock drinks are not standard Starbucks drinks so we are not properly trained on how to make them and when TickTock makes them they skip steps.”

So frustrating because we're making them right. He's MOP so unless we catch him, we can't suggest that he order it dry, which is something I've never seen done but this illustrates how lame the connection score is

I want to make a fake Google account and write a 'review' calling out all of the idiot reviewers. I want to SO BAD. We had a lady give us one star on Google Reviews because she had whip cream on the bottom of her Mocha Cookie Crumble and it is 'NOT MADE THAT WAY.' Someone then proceeded to 'lie' to her and explain how the drink is made when she knows it's not made like that because she "gets it all of the time."
I actually like my job most of the time and don't want to get fired so I don't do it. I think about it all of the time though.

Lol we got people leaving reviews complaining our store “always runs out of stuff,” and that it’s “insulting” that we hand out paper straws (ya know because we can’t get any plastic ones sent to us) 😂

Bottom of soy milk box always has sediment and when it ends up in Iced soy Chai they ALWAYS think the milk is spoiled. That's why I never serve from an almost empty box for an iced Chai. Save yourself the headache and complaint, open a new box.
