Y'all need to keep an eye on who's making it. Their math is fucked up if it's runny. It was my personal pet peeve at my store until we buckled down. It's been perfect for months now and I'm in heaven.

I add extra heavy cream to make it extra thick. Most of the cold foam in the pictures I made with just heavy cream and vanilla bean powder! It's super good and drizzles sit better on top of it!

Make sure it’s stirred when it’s made and also before you use the pitcher for the first time. Otherwise the syrup sinks to the bottom so the second half of the pitcher gives super runny foam.

I'm gonna have to try that!! Matcha cold foam is great too! strawberry cold foam is also a favorite, or vanilla bean cold foam with brown sugar syrup!!

thick cold foam! adding extra heavy cream / blending a few extra times makes it a lot thicker so that the drizzle sits on top nicely!
