Oh hey! This is coming back again? This is totally a scam. I don't know the exact way it works, thank goodness, but basically, as soon as you load it, it says the funds are there and are usable. They stall for time and all that jazz and they end up with the money without actually paying. It happened a lot at my license store for awhile and we were told to deny them the load or lie and say our register couldn't do giftcards. Then again, it's not our money and we were delivery excellent customer service so we just kinda rolled with the punches.

I own a coffee shop. I don't know what the loading twice thing is about, but the pressing a lot of buttons was probably the guy trying to manually input in a stolen credit card number.

They also sometimes go to another store and buy $200 in products and try to return them for $$ that’s why you always make sure to use store credit if they use a GC
