customer: was at window for 10+ mins talking to me waiting for her modified to hell refreshers while we had a newer partner on bar, waited till i had given her her last drink, then asked for ice waters :) very nice lady and it was like an hour till close w no manager so our ssv was prioritizing getting the partner bar practice over window times so it wasn’t a ~huge~ deal but :)

damn there's an unarticulated feeling whenever u have had a rly good connection w a customer and they pull smth that isn't rude but just makes ya go /:
