What app do you use to see your schedule?(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by hammerkat605
Last week was my first real week. This morning I went in to open and it turns out that our says are not set. The schedule changed and I was off today.
One of the partners told me there was an app to view your schedules but not what it’s called or anything.
Can any of you help me out?

Imma keep posting this every time I see a comment about the schedule: this Link (https://starbucks-wfmr.jdadelivers.com/retail) will take you to Starbucks partner hours without having to download anything to your phone.

Thank you g! A Reddit page I saved with the link is what I’ve used since my first year. Never bothered with the app

Agreed. Every time I think about using the app, I literally search and can never find it so 🙃

It should be on a form at your Starbucks that explains how to download it- unfortunately since its encrypted and secure, its not something you can just find on the App Store or Google Play store. It's like downloading a whole work profile- Starbucks takes it very seriously. You'll be downloading "Hub" and then setting it up on your phone, and then it will proceed to explain how to download "SBUXPartnerHrs" which is the name of the actual app you use to see your hours. Ask your store manager for help locating the paper- it should include a QR code if im not mistaken. Otherwise it will have instructions on there for you to follow.
Hope this helps!

How did you know to come in to open?

Because I was hired to only be an opener. That’s the only shift I work.
Last week’s schedule had me coming in today and Friday/ Saturday off.

I just google “Starbucks partner hours” and the first link brings me to my schedule. I only have to do that once a week and screenshot it.

try $1 link. im not sure if it still works but if you google "sbuxpartnerhub app reddit" there should be a post with the link to the qr code. you have to open it on a computer though

I always take a photo of the schedule on the wall in the back. I’ve used the app and found it to be super unreliable. If anything is changed after the initial schedule posting it doesn’t update in the app for one. I’ve also had it show me scheduled for shifts, like you experienced, that I was not on the schedule to work and show me off on days that I am scheduled. It’s so much less hassle to just snap a photo of the paper on the wall.

The other comment is the best and more convenient way to do it and what all of my coworkers do. I just use the website though. I don't know how to link on mobile, but I just search "starbucks teamworks" on Google and follow the link from the first reddit post that pops up

Log into partner hub at work or on your home computer, search "mobile app quick reference" and click the first result. Page 1 has the instructions for an iPhone, page 2 for Android. You’ll have to download the Intelligent Hub app, open it and scan a QR code from the instruction sheet, and follow the directions to log in with your partner number and download the Partner Hours app.
