you’d have to speak to your manager about it so they can change it on their end. hopefully they’ve responded to you by now! if not, perhaps ask if there’s a time you can meet with them while they’re at work to discuss your availability. Also keep in mind that managers cannot always accommodate availability requests that constantly change, and they can deny a request if it doesn’t meet the needs of the business.
