I'm pretty sure your SM's can go as fast or slow as they want. "Standard" is starting at your store after the last schedule your old & new SM's have made, which most stores have their schedules for 3-4 weeks out. I transferred to a new store 2 weeks ago and I had to wait 3 weeks only because my old SM had already made the schedule, but I've seen people get transferred out that same week & other people take MONTHS to the point where they had to just quit & apply online instead of transferring.

Sorry the end confused me a little lol, yeah 3 months is not the usual but ultimately your SM's can take as long as they want
