I recently started and so far enjoy everything the job has to offer. Landed a great store with a great consistent team, not crazy busy and flexible manager, but what about the perks?

I don't believe it's actually free, I've seen it taken out as "tax" on my paystubs :( I've apparently paid about $60 for Spotify since I've had it

Yes, it's for race fees. It's an extension of their health care package so it's only available if you also qualify for Starbucks healthcare
