I was just recently hired, I guess that makes me a green bean. My first day is coming very soon, and I thought I might as well reach out to other partners who have done this for a while. Is there anything I should know before going in? Any tips/tricks? Thank you <3

Don’t be hard on yourself and know that everyone learns at their own pace. I always tell the people I train that it is in my opinion a “learn by fail job”. As embarrassed as I would be when I’d mess up it would actually help me learn/remember better for next time.
Don’t try and go home and study or overthink recipes—you’ll get there at your own pace! :)
