The grass can be greener on the other side. Is there anything that you can do to better your current environment, asking for a raise… taking time off, talking to coworkers or leads about things that bother you… or even transferring stores. If not, leave. But just try and weigh all the pros and cons and options in front of you.

I feel you. I actually really do like the job in the general but the insane amounts of emotional labor they ask from us has really been getting to me lately.
