technically pins have to be from starbucks, however i always wore whatever pins i wanted and my manager never commented

They have to be starbucks issued pins :/ But some SM's don't care, you should try asking!

I think they only get annoyed if they are pro union or swear words

I'd say take non dress code pins off if the DM is in town. Otherwise most SMs don't care. Mine loves some of my fun pins lol

I have anime pins and nobody says anything

My manager is actually pretty chill about one or two pins, as long as they’re appropriate. I would just check and see, it doesn’t hurt to ask!
