I just had to share this. I’ve been a partner for almost three years and have never experienced this specific of a drink order.
A customer came in today and asked for a frap with “three extra ice cubes”
I laughed cause I thought she was kidding.
She was not. She watched me make the drink to ensure I had “exactly three extra ice cubes. Not 2 or 4, exactly three”.
People have no shame.

i have a dumb 16 yr come in & ask for a modified tall ice coffee with exactly 6 ice cubes…i hate her & i make sure to make it for her but i always use the have broken ones so the melt faster, yea i know i’m super passive aggressive

We had a customer ask for a strawberry acai with exactly TWO blackberries. She called my coworker a -RWord- because he put like two and a half.

My first week I had a guy order an ice green tea latte with 3 ice cubes 😂😂I’m Peggy so I for sure put in three and someone else asked for an ice espresso with one ice cube.

Someone came in last night and said they wanted 5 cubes. I was working drive and bar at the same time about an hour before close (it was just me and the shift and they were somewhere in the back), and so inundated I didn’t put it on the sticker and just forgot. Luckily she was a good sport about it and didn’t make me remake the drink when I apologized for forgetting. 😅
