ours is noticeably thinner and smells like maple syrup/popcorn! thought it was just my tarbucks!

Yeah! The Caramel sauce is either thick of liquidy now. I think Starbucks is trying to catch up with inventory so they’re sending as much product as they can

Ours goes back and forth depending on what slug it is… it sometimes is so thick it looks fake, and other times it’s super watery…

Yep all of our new caramel slugs are way too thick. It makes caramel macchiatos miserable to make.

Yea, I also notice that the mango dragon fruit mix is darker than usual

We put ours on top of our brewer for a few hours, the slugs I mean, this warms them up meaning it pours easier into the bottles.

Maybe check to see if the pump was put together right ?
