i think it has to be 2 weeks since your last vaccination and you need to either give your SM a copy of your vaccination form or a picture of it via email or text.

2 weeks, and your SM has to verify your vaccine card- they just need to look at it and see that it exists and record the final date on an electronic form you can get to through the Covid coach app on the iPad. Then you sign a different form that doesn’t have any medical info on it, that you keep a picture of, and they file a hard copy. (I’m an SM and have verified most of my team at this point, super easy process).

If you got your second shot today you won’t be “fully vaccinated” for two weeks. Once you are fully vaccinated you can fill out the paperwork and take your mask off.

it takes two weeks for your vaccine to kick in, starbucks standard is to wait two weeks but even if your store manager lets you take it off after the first day, you should keep wearing it bc it isn't fully kicked into ur system
