So we have ants all over the bars, both sides and it seems like their presence gets bigger and bigger every day. We’ve called and had in pest control already but the situation is worse from even before they first came.
I know there’s not much we can do and we can call pest control again but like, should we even be open? It’s pretty bad and they’re getting into things like prepped mochas so we have to throw them out. I’m just worried about them getting into drinks and then serving them. Is this something we should close for or are we expected to just deal with it until they’re gone?

You guys probably need to handle them, but clean the counter and bottles with white vinegar mixed with water. It’s not a permanent fix but they do not like it

Idk if you should be open but, if you have any free containers of dish soap, ants won't cross a line of dish soap

they’re coming in from all over the shop so we’ve sprayed bleach in the areas we see them but it doesn’t seem to stop. So far no one has listened to the other suggestions i’ve made either, i feel so defeated already 🙃

We had ants for a little bit at one of my stores and we would spray the bad areas with bleach and then tightly wrap up all the inclusions, syrups and pumps at the end of the night and eventually they went away

Those liquid ant traps placed near where they’re coming in, they’ll be gone in a day or two.
The tricky part is discretely placing out of customer view.
