Recently called pcc to confirm what they replied. My manager typically refuses call outs unless you find coverage, my dm backs this. PCC says otherwise, and will allow the store manager to conference you into the call, call them themselves, have them call PCC or even offer to have a specialist call you.

Managers job if you’re sick. Don’t let them tell you that you have to find coverage.
