nopee we didnt. heard a lot of back and forth on if we are doing that w the sberry creme. the SSV who makes these drinks (when we are closing with 3 people) has worked w sbux for 11 yrs. he doesnt put classic, & we trust him and idk, is classic on the recipe card?

I hate that it’s past the point of even having the time to explain to people what they are ordering. We are pushed too much to have genuine interactions in too short of time that it doesn’t even matter correcting the customer. We are catering too much to the “customer is always right” slogan
