if you go into the partner hub and go into My Partner Info there’s a link there that should take you to another site that will ask you to sign in. though your partner # will be the same (obvi) the password for this site will be different. if you haven’t logged in here before u have to go through the steps of creating one (instructions r on the page). once you have logged in on this site you will see a list of things on the left side. one of those should say partner card (or something along those lines). click that and you’ll see your card number and pin.

THEN go into the starbucks app. click scan at the bottom and then tap the plus on the top to add a new card. then it will ask you to enter the card number and pin. if it’s asking for credit card info than ur in the wrong section for your starbucks partner card won’t be able entered in the same way.
