Anybody getting harrased by a hockey guy? (self.starbucksbaristas)

This guy always comes in complaining about something and claiming how NY men are weak (targeting me as well, since I open with all other females) and he acting extra saying "he coming tomorrow" (Probable red flag there)

Anyone else dealing with this guy? (Dark skin, ripped, carrying a bag and wooden hockey stick)

Also whats the rule if he actually touches me? Can I go as "self defense" or etc.?

He always be testing me / trying. And seeing as I don't reply to his comments but just often shrug like ok. He be trying to spook me out too saying how we will k.o me and all. So thinking as a precaution

So her s what you need to do: have your store manager ban this individual from the premises. If they don’t, then email your DM. If the DM doesn’t, ethics and compliance. Harassment like this is very serious.

You absolutely need to report this. If you know his name and description you need to call the police and trespass him. If he returns after he is trespassed, call the police again. People are nuts, do not take his threats lightly.

Had a lady going around threatening to shoot all of us. She was obviously mentally unwell, but I don't know her from the next stranger. We trespassed her.

Think of your fellow baristas. They also could get hurt.

If he is saying he’s going to “ko” you and is visibly carrying a stick that he can hit you with, you have already been assaulted and he should be reported to police and banned from your store. Assault is the reasonable belief that someone is going to commit a battery on your person and visibly displaying the means to do it

Not to be rude, but you realize this sub is for the entire company, right? There are partners from all 50 states plus Canada and the UK...just seems odd to pose such a specific question to such a large group.
