hi guys, I am trying to login to my partner info to check my vacation and sick time hours and it’s saying that my user account is not in validity date. Im still actively a partner so i haven’t been fired or anything. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to fix this?

i’ve tried and all they did was put a ticket number in and they sent an email to my manager a link about telling the partner how to view hours and schedule on the partner app not on my partner info ):

Just like any tech support, sometimes you need to spam them to get the issue resolved. Keep calling until it's fixed.
