Some one came to the drive through once and she spoke Spanish, so I got my manager who knew Spanish because I didn’t know enough. And I was waiting for him to finish and the convo was kind of long. Throughout it he sounds confused and was trying not to giggle. She was trying to order rice and beans and tacos through the drive thru 😂😂 she was so sweet but isk where she THOUGHT she was at

Someone recently asked if they could have some fries. I was literally speechless, they were completely serious. One of my partners had to tell them we don't sell fries.

When people ask for an 'iced frappuccino'. As opposed to the hot ones we do????????? I think it's because McDonald's call them iced frappes (here in the UK anyway) does my head in

Our store is connected to a few others, including a Panera - so a few times a shift we get people in our DT asking for a broccoli cheddar soup. We constantly have "This is Starbucks, Panera doesn't have a drive thru. Would you like a drink before you head over?" on the ready.

We get people trying to get ice caps

I had someone ask what sort of fountain drinks we serve when I told her the closest thing is a spindrift flavored sparkling water they asked for it as a venti.

I've had countless people think we're the Jimmy John's. That's three doors down in the middle of our row of shops.

People just sorta think we're anything but a starbucks

We have had people try to order McDonald’s in our drive thru. Mostly they think we’re Panera or olgas. Olgas is attached to our building and they just assume the drive thru is for olgas. Even while looking at the Starbucks menu 😐

i’ve had people ask for diet coke maybe 3 or 4 times now and also one person asked me if we carry gatorade

Used to work at a corporate mall food court starbucks, very busy mall and very busy store. The amount of kids that would come in an order milkshakes, and try to order soda astounded me. Its not like literally every other vendor in the food court sells soda why are you here??

Also had alot of people asking if we sold alcohol
