Someone woke up and chose violence in our drive through today 😭 (not pictured: the five fraps that were a part of this order) (i.redd.it)

I wish people wouldn’t do this in drive thru. For all their harping about customer connections and time, it’s next to impossible when they do this crap.

People probably think, if they think at all, that we just have those EBs sitting around already warm

I feel like there's an even split of people that think this and that think we hand-make shit. I've had people ask me to take the bacon out of b/g egg bites so that they're vegetarian like... Does it look like we crack eggshells and make all the egg bites by hand back here or something? 😭

I swear there should be a limit in drive thru. I hate orders that have tons of food that needs to be warmed or more than 2 drinks. Like cmon! Walk your butt inside. The entire line is pissed behind you and our times are being destroyed!

Four drinks (in a carrier) and whatever realistically will fit in one bag would be my suggestion lol

We had an order the other day: 20 drinks and 12 food items in the café. Totalled out to be $173 and change

We have people come through drive thru and order both food and drinks for their entire medical office…. It wouldn’t upset me as much if they would come INSIDE and not mess w drive times. But no. They order 15+ drinks (all ENTIRELY different) and additionally order matching sandwiches for every drink 😊

Several months ago, some guy ordered 7 bacon sausage wraps in the DT. During peak. As the partner on warming, I was less than amused. Of course we parked him, but then I had to get the other food out too… it was a rough morning.
