Never guarantee anything is allergen free.
You can always check the ingredients of most things, or ask someone, and if it doesn’t seem to have it- something like:
“While I don’t believe that contains *allergen* I cannot guarantee anything is free of cross contamination with *allergen*”
If you’re still unsure if it contains it and no one else knows, just tell them that honestly. Better to not have them get it than possibly have a reaction.
If they still order it with whichever statement- it’s not on you if they have a reaction. You told them you cannot guarantee no cross contamination or that you know for sure. If they have a reaction, that is unfortunately on them at that point. To be honest, most people with serious or life threatening allergies will not take that chance.

Honestly, I point them to the app. It has all the ingredients listed in the details of each item. We are not trained to make dietary decisions for anyone, the customer must inform themselves and make a decision. I just let them know where it is.
