Haha, no worries! Where I live, the city has issued a 25 cent fee for all cups. That includes water unless they have a personal cup.

Yes! It is used to encourage personal cup use, although, many still do not bring them. I feel the kiosk reusable cups that will role out in a little while will be great!

Yeah, this is a pretty popular thing at third wave shops. I don’t care for it, but I know people who do! Citrus and coffee is also very popular abroad.

I mean orange (citrus) and chocolate go well together, especially dark. I can maybe see the correlation with lemon and coffee, but I think it would need to be more “essence”, like with peel of lemon or something. And sugar added accordingly to the coffee component Not just lemonade.

A local shop here (that uses Latin American brighter tasting coffees) has a cold brew shandy with lemonade and guava…. I haven’t had it yet but a lot of people were ordering it last I was there…. Don’t think it would be good with our darker cold brew

Yeah, this is a thing in many independent coffee shops in my area. Can be great or awful depending on the execution. Definitely not outlandish or even particularly difficult to make though so idk why the judging is necessary?

Saw this drink on social media a month or so ago and of course, I was curious so I made it and a few partners and I tried it. Horrendous drink. I actually threw up in my mouth and had to take a breather, it was so bad. Tastes like when you baby barf and swallow it.

Lemonade macchiato...lemonade with classic and a couple shots of blonde on top lol. I know someone who gets this and it's surprisingly not as gross as you'd expect. It isn't good though.
