Mine, too. But I appreciate all of you coming in and working your ass off. And I appreciate all the customers who understand that shit happens and we’re trying our best. And I appreciate SMS that show up for their team and make sure we’re heard.

we had a surge when i walked in at 7 and nothing was prepped!! also our cold brew tap was broken for a hot minute and it was just awful. and also our SM went to another location so all we had during saturday peak was our shift and limited staff :////
