I get where you're coming from, but I don't agree that SMs should be subject to undue drama and theatrics just because they agreed to the salary. OP brags about "having a college degree" in one of her tiktoks, which would likely put her at 20+ depending on what kind of degree it is and whether she went immediately after high school. My own manager is 22, so I can't attest to how old and mature this SM is supposed to be, but she is fielding this call from home with a very young child waiting in the background, so I'm not going to assume she has her shit together. I think OP is frustrated by the lack of response from the company, but she could have filed for unemployment or taken this to any other platform than tiktok. The fact that she is now spamming it across reddit just paints the picture of someone who's living for the drama and doesn't search for practical solutions to her problems. Also, the whole ratting in her partners thing really sucks. We all do things "wrong" at work sometimes, employment is always tentative on the relationships you make and keep at a place, its a hard lesson to learn that it isn't fair, but trying to drag others down along the way is pretty messed up.
