Today I had a woman hold up my drive through line for 3 minutes because she said her pumpkin loaf slice (that she already took into the car) was too thick. She said "I don't like the thick ones, they are too thick and not sweet enough" I didn't even know what to say. They are baked then sliced so it's literally the same flavor, there's no correlation between thickness and sweetness. Someone please make it make sense. OH AND THE BEST PART she used to work at Starbucks so she knows. Like what!? Really?

I had someone complain that their tall iced vanilla latte wasn’t creamy enough. Literally what the hell does that mean.

We had someone complain that their iced latte was “too light”. Four separate times.

That's what she said. 😏
But seriously. That's honestly sad. The stupidity is overwhelming.
I hope you gave her a new loaf and asked her to make sure she went straight to the doctors to get birth control implanted. 🤦

Forget policy, in this case, if I'm replacing it I'm taking it back.

Someone had us get a new spinach feta because it was “too cooked”, when I got back to window they were eating it. 😂😂 like y’all could have waited till you pulled off the window.

Honestly tho I hate the end pieces of the banana loaf. I love the center of it.
