Socially acceptable? The hell? The second you get your numbers, use them. Anyone who judges you for getting a discount is … wrong.

Somewhere in settings, idk. It only works for the discount, any mark outs are manual.

Your partner card is your info. You get to it through the partner hub. It’s in the same section you would look at your pay statements. Then you put this partner card into your mobile app. When you scan it it acts as your partner numbers and will give you 3 stars for every dollar spent.

It doesn’t automatically add the discount when you’re ordering in person, you have to tell them you’re using your free drink or percentage off. At least for me, I’m new as well but twice now they’ve scanned my partner code and didn’t give any discount but pulled the full regular total from my rewards card.

They must not be going to the discount menu and pressing the partner discount/mark out button when you show them your partner card.

There's either something wrong with your app/number, or the person ringing you up is intentionally not giving you the discount. When everything is working correctly the register *will* automatically ask the person on reg if they are to apply the discount the moment your scan your numbers. If you told the person on reg you were a partner then they were being a dick and intentionally denied you the discount, if you didn't tell them you were a partner then the reg didn't ask to use the discount indicating a problem with your numbers or app.

I don’t think it’s my app because I set up it during orientation.. it’s happened 2 out of maybe 5 time’s trying to use it. Different locations as well, Today was one of them, I ordered two drinks and was charged $12 meaning no discount and no daily free drink was applied. That’s very frustrating!! Any tips on what to do?

You are going to be working until you're 55, minimum. Use your benefits, take your breaks. I don't even drink regular coffee but I get my bean makeout every week when I can remember, because it's part of my benefit.
