I'm just a reg customer, is it possible to ask for infused or flavored water? Would it be free or is there a charge?

No. Water cannot have any inclusions. If you'd like a water with fruit inclusions, you should be charged as a custom tea.

I was thinking like I do at home. I usually throw a couple pieces of cucumber or berries. I don't want anything that will sweeten it.

Even something like adding fruit inclusions to your water is supposed to be rung up as a "custom iced tea" or something which is around $2 depending on the size and your location. So...

You’re better off making your own at home. Our fruit inclusions won’t add any flavor to your water.

It depends? I’m pretty sure there’s a charge. You could ask for flavor shots but again I’m positive it isn’t free. TBH I don’t think you can get any flavored water for free. But I would recommend one of our refreshers - half water half fruit bases. Manga dragonfruit, strawberry açaí ( my fav heh ) and Kiwi starfruit. We also have raspberry syrup ( we’ll presumably)
