If they have added their partner card/partner numbers to the app and scan it, no, you don't need to. If they just recite their numbers to you, it depends on the leadership of that store or district. In the store I work in, no we don't ask for anything. We don't see a pattern of abuse atm. In my opinion, everyone should just get their partner card/partner numbers on their app and scan it when they want their mark out. To avoid getting accidentally charged, I do not load my partner card with any $ ever. I have my PayPal loaded on my app in the rare occasion I spend $ but I don't ever intend to spend much if anything
